Editorial policy
Clever Everyday Living aims to publish clear, original articles that help readers think through ordinary household choices. We distinguish explanation and opinion from verifiable statements, and we do not present an untested suggestion as a proven result.
Accuracy and clarity
We check factual claims against appropriate sources before publication and write plainly about what an idea can and cannot do. When an article depends on a particular context, we make that context clear. We do not invent statistics, quotations, expertise or firsthand testing. Readers should be able to tell when a piece offers an option to consider rather than a universal answer.
Independence and partnerships
Editorial choices are made for their fit with the publication and its readers. A partnership does not guarantee favourable coverage or control over unrelated editorial decisions. Any sponsored or partner material is identified clearly where it appears, so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial work.
Corrections
If a reader spots an error or a misleading passage, they can contact us with the article and the detail in question. We review correction requests and update published text when a change is warranted. Significant corrections are identified in the article so the change is visible; we do not silently preserve a known error.
Illustrations
Some illustrations may be generated with AI. Where an illustration could be mistaken for a documentary photograph or depiction of a real event, we label it accordingly. Illustrations are not evidence for factual claims.
A smoother day is built in small moves
We focus on choices you can try without a major reset: a clearer place for the keys, a shorter task list, or a routine you can return to after a busy week.
