Write for us
We welcome pitches from writers who can make a familiar household question clearer without making it sound like a cure-all. Send proposals through the Contact page, with the reason the idea suits Clever Everyday Living and what a reader would take away.
Ideas that fit
We consider focused, original ideas about household routines, organization, shared responsibilities, planning meals or errands, and using small spaces. A strong pitch names the particular choice or point of friction, explains why it matters on a busy day and gives a sense of the article's useful takeaway.
What to include
Tell us the proposed angle, the intended reader, the main points you would cover and any sources or experience relevant to the idea. Make clear whether the proposal has been published or sent elsewhere. We value specific, grounded writing and careful limits more than sweeping promises or a list of products.
Sending a proposal
Use the Contact page and choose the editorial question option for a pitch. A proposal is not a commission, and we may not be able to reply to every submission. Please do not send a complete article unless it has been requested.
A smoother day is built in small moves
We focus on choices you can try without a major reset: a clearer place for the keys, a shorter task list, or a routine you can return to after a busy week.
